Broken Coffee Cup Holder

While at their place of work a technician receives a phone call from a customer who is looking for a replacement coffee cup holder for the home computer.
What do you mean by a coffee cup holder, said the technician.
I use it to put my coffee cup on when I am using the PC said the customer.
Is the coffee cup holder something you bought from us said the technician.
Yes, I got it with my PC, it came with the PC said the customer.
I do not quite understand what you are looking for, is this something that you attach to the side of your computer or desk that takes a cup, something similar to a paper holder typists would use, said the technician.
No insisted the customer. It is part of my computer and when I bought the computer the coffee cup holder came with it. I broke it when I put a full cup of coffee on it. Is it possible to get a better one as it did not seem to be very strong. Perhaps I could pay extra to have it upgraded to a stronger holder. Do they normally break so easily. I have spent a lot of money with your company and I have only had my PC for a few months. Perhaps there is a faulty batch.
I am still not sure what you are after said the technician. I know of no PC we sell or any product that we sell for a computer that would be called a coffee cup holder. Is there another name for it.
The customer replied, not that I know of I only use my PC for typing letters and if I could get on the net that as well.
Is there anything written on the object you are calling a coffee cup holder said the technician.
Yes said the customer it say 32X MAX the button you press to open it.
If you bring your PC in to us we will fit a new CD Rom drive.
